[Koha] importing new authorities other than in PERSO_NAME via Tools/Z39.50

Hi, is it possible to import a new authority other than in PERSO_NAME (say, a new Uniform Title) via Tools ("Stage MARC records for import"), or even by Z39.50? Seemingly, in order to populate any authority table other than the default (i.e. PERSO_NAME) it is only possible to create a new authority in the table of choice. Thanks, Giuseppe.
