Hi Michael, Please file a bug under "Koha -> Website" on bugs.koha-community.org and we'll get this looked into. I see what you are talking about and it does in fact seem wrong. Will these new links be permanent? I wish links would alwaysw be permanent, forever I mean... sigh.
However, most of the links shown under https://koha-community.org/documentation/ are now broken, because the point to the following kind of paths:

So someone with the needed privileges should fix this.
