[Koha] Authority data loss with template encoding utf-8

      Hallo,

If I use template encoding utf-8 (my database already
used that encoding) some subfields are lost if I add
or modify authority records.

At our library we use Koha ver. 2.2.9 and Marc21. I
guess  I has to do with the AUTHhtml2xml function in
AuthoritiesMarc.pm, but I'm not sure.

Anyone had resolved this issue before?
