[Koha] Instal Koha 2.2.7 before firewall

I try to install Koha 2.2.7 on Linux Debian Etch with connecting to the Internet through proxy. Commands apt-get and perl -MCPAN th 'install... easily set up for work via proxy. But as to setting CVS for proxy?
