[Koha] how to setup "hold filled" email notification?

Hi All, I am trying to setup "hold filled" email notification. I found that I have to enable "Enhancedmessagingpreferences" first. After it is enabled, I will able to enable "hold filled"in "Patron categories". BUT I have to enable it again for EVERY patron in his "details" page. Is it correct behavior? Can I enable "hold filled" notification in one click for all patrons? Thanks, Justin
