Hi Chris, We are using a basic printer Lexmark 640 Series. I'm able to access the scanner configuration (as attached) by scanning barcodes printed by this printer though, so I guess it's not the printer? The attached is the scanner configuration options, we are using Voyager MS9590. I have enabled code 39, enabled ISBN check digit transmission, and enabled bookland to ISBN conversion as suggested, and left everything else to default. Thank you for your help.
