I am also afraid that there is something odd about the field mapping too. For example 020 and 022 ISBN and ISSN, but in your record they appear to hold quite different information. Similar for the other fields. Your record doesn't appear to be MARC21 or UNIMARC, nor MAB. You might want to identify which information is in which fields and to which standard fields it should be moved to.
