[Koha] batch upload patron images

Hi all! Can somebody know the explanation to this error log below when batch uploading patron images in Koha ILS: "AH02429: Response header name ' inflating' contains invalid characters, aborting request, referer: http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/tools/picture-upload.pl" This seem apache-ish, I am getting Error 500 after the upload, and the error log is above. Tried with bywaters demo and was able to upload the two images in the zip file. Koha version 16.11.09.000, Debian jessie 8, Apache 2.4.10.
