Keep in mind that XLSX is an undocumented, proprietary, non-standard
format. All products that can read XLSX should be able to read CSV/TSV
files too.

Now, supporting ODF files could be a goer as it's documented, open, and
a standard. Also, the software that primarily supports it is freely
available to everyone.
