[Koha] koha i18n scheme

Hi all, I just downloaded the latest stable version of Koha, and did not find any .po files to start a translation. I know a Polish translation has been done, and someone spoke about a french translation. I'm ready to help for the last one, please give me informations about the i18n process :) Olivier Kaloudoff
