[Koha] upgradation of koha3-beta2 to koha 3

      Dear Member,
I have installed koha3-beta version one month back..
Now I want to ugrade from beta to koha3 latest release.

In Manual it is given but I am not able to understand ....
UPGRADE
    If you are upgrading from a previous installation of Koha 3, you can
    use the following:

    perl Makefile.PL --prev-install-log /path/to/koha-install-log
    make
    make test
    sudo make upgrade

As manual I have installed koha3-beta in /usr/share/
anyone guide me how to upgrade
