[Koha] documents to install koha 2.2.8

Hi, i would like to install koha 2.2.8. This is my server profile: -Ubuntu 6.06 -PHP Version 5.1.2 -Apache/2.0.55 -MySql 5.0.22 Please can anyone tell me where can i find some documents about the installation of this version of koha?
