[Koha] Short keys for romanisations of Arabic and Urdu

Hi all, hope you all are enjoying good health. I want to use short keys for romanization of Urud/Arabic books in Koha. like: Alt+a for ā Alt+i for ī Alt+u for ū how can i save these short cuts to my koha for cataloguing and romanization.
