Koha 3.20.3 suffers from UTF-8 Problems in some pages such as, When trying to edit help in Arabic interface it shows garbage like this:
٠رØباً بك٠٠ي ÙƒÙiˆÙ‡Ø§
إذا كانت هذه هي ال٠رة الأولى الأخرى ال٠وجودة ٠ي الإدارة.
Although it shows help good in Arabic when reading help. Also when trying to import borrowers form tools > Import patrons
Default values like (Salutation:, Surname, ...etc) looks like (تØية:) in Arabic interface, Although it's ok in Arabic interface columns.def file, Also the same thing when trying to build new Guided reports from Guided reports wizard.
