If you can get the bibliographic data out as a CSV or delimited text file, you can use MarcEdit (http://oregonstate.edu/~reeset/marcedit/html/index.php) to convert the records to MARC format. MarcEdit is a Windows app, but it should also run on Linux using Mono.
