[Koha] KohaCon27 will be hosted in Istanbul, Türkiye!

Wow, the proposal is really impressive ! And it is available in 5
languages, including Maori !
I see one problem though. The venue capacity : a very tiny 4200 seats.
That's too small !!! (PS: kidding :D )
Very excited by this choice !
