[Koha] Koha September release with security fixes

Hi all,

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of September versions:
25.05.04 (v25.05.04-1)
24.11.09 (v24.11.09-1)
24.05.14 (v24.11.14-1)
22.11.31 (v22.11.31-1)

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including some security fixes.

It is highly recommended to upgrade.
