I would say that's a good enough box.
Did you enable Plack? Without Plack, Koha is not really useable.
And/Or: are you maybe "attacked" by AI crawler bots? We had a lot of problems with those recently (as they do not honor robots.txt or any sane web crawler behaviour). See for example:
