[Koha] Question on Cronjob for building holds queue

Dear list,

one, and only one of our Koha servers/instances regularly sends this
message:

/etc/cron.hourly/koha-common:
RealTimeHoldsQueue system preference is enabled, holds queue not built.
Use --force to force building the holds queue.
ipp-greifswald: 1 status returned by
"/usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl"
----------

Does this mean we have to add --force as a parameter to the relevant line in
koha-common, changing

koha-foreach --chdir --enabled
/usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl

to

koha-foreach --chdir --enabled
/usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/holds/build_holds_queue.pl --force

?

I am asking because in none of our other instances this error message comes
up although they all do not have the --force parameter.
