[Koha] Batch modification tool is not running.

Hello,

We are trying to run the batch modification tool on koha 22.11.20 to
correct a number of items in our catalogue which have no "holding library"
defined. We can enqueue the job using the batch item modification tool but
it never appears to run. Under Administration -> Manage Jobs we can see
that the job is queued but there is nothing in the "Started" column and the
job has not run. We are puzzled because about a month ago we successfully
ran more or less the same job on a different library instance on the same
server.

Can anyone suggest why this job is not running? There is nothing obviously
wrong in the log files but I might be looking in the wrong place.

Any advice would be appreciated.
