[Koha] Koha January release with security fixes

Hi all,

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of January versions:
24.11.01
24.05.06
23.11.11
22.11.23

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including some security fixes.

It is highly recommended to upgrade.

Just FYI: we skipped the December release due to the holidays and a couple first-time release maintainers (including me).
