[Koha] Problem printing notices with Panda FK-80

Hi Keith,
The only times I've seen something similar to this was when the browser
was printing the header and footer of the page. This is an advanced
setting in the browser that you can change.
As for CSS, you can look in the SlipCSS system preference. Depending on
you version of Koha, there is also CSS in the slip setting itself now
(under Tools > Notices & slips > ISSUESLIP > Format).
