[Koha] After upgrade 24.05.04 - No holds allowed or pull list - staff interface

Hello
Unfortunately this is a known bug in Koha, see Bug 38148
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=38148
The community are getting the fixes through the signoff process now,
hopefully in time for the next minor point.
