[Koha] Issues installing and running plugins

Hi Alvaro,

It sounds like you are facing 2 different problems:

1) Installing plugins

What do you mean by installing them manually? Using server side scripts?
Check your koha-conf.xml. There is a new element <plugins_restricted> 
that needs to be set to 1 in order to allow installing plugins from the
staff interface.

2) Broken plugins

You might have to ask the plugin authors to adapt their plugin for the
new version.
