[Koha] manually remove not working plugins on koha 24.05

Com::BibLibre::MoreResultsPerPage is indeed this plugin is obsolete 
since Koha 20.05 with 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14715
