[Koha] Not checked in, not checked out - UI/phrasing question

Hi!

Some time ago there was a minor change in Koha's phrasing, but it is a bit confusing for users.

When you check-in an item that was already checked-in earlier (for example by check-in machine), Koha shows you a bit confusing message:

"Item was not checked in. Not checked out"

But, actually you just did process it through the "check-in", but this message makes you wonder, if something went wrong. I think that earlier this was simply phrased "Not checked out", without the red, bolded phrase that says "Item was not checked in". What's the reason behind this change? Could we just reverse this back or change the phrasing somehow? I think this is not good user interface design, even though it's technically correct, since the item's status did not change here.

Best regards
