[Koha] The translation of the string "The " should depend on context

Hi

The french translation working group has noticed an issue with the
translation of the string « the » in Koha.

I opened a bug a month ago :

We don't know which technical solution (in Koha? in Pottle - tomorrow
Weblate ?) would be the most appropriate to solve this problem.

Could someone with the right level of expertise (Katrin? Jonathan?) comment
the bug ?
