[Koha] Koha 23.05.05 released

Hello everyone 🤗

The Koha community is proud to announce the release of Koha 23.05.05.

It is a bugfix/maintenance release including 16 enhancements, 85 bugfixes.

Debian packages should be available soon 🎁

Note we are at the end of cycle.
For next cycle I will continue as maintainer of 23.11 🛠️
