[Koha] 22.11.xx vs 23.05.xx opinions

What are the big diferences between koha 22.11.xx and koha 23.05.xx , i know i can read the release notes (and i had) but i want to know about personal experience. Main highlights and main features,
doesnt need to be a very much detailed explanation a few good words will be enough.
