[Koha] advance_notice.pl script and --digest-per-branch parameter

Thanks Katrin – Pedro, who submitted and fixed the bug, works at our Koha hosting company, PTFS, so investigated and fixed it from a support ticket we raised.  We are testing it now on our dev server.

Hopefully it will be fixed with the next maintenance release.
