[Koha] Advance Notice (PREDUEDGST) in Koha

Hi,

Koha can send a notice x days before something is due (PREDUE) and
another notice on the day of the due date (DUE). Then it can send up to
three overdue notices. So Koha doesn't support three notices before the
due date right now.
