[Koha] MARC preview on auts vs. bibs?

I did it!  I filed a bug!!

I am particularly unsure about what "Version" should say, but I figure someone will correct any mistakes I made when they see them!

the attached patch isn't touching any files in the authority module, so I think it's only about code clean-up not about a change in how the data is viewed. Would still be good to have a bug about your concerns for the display itself.
