[Koha] Can't delete fresh created biblio. DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry

Hi,

Seems you have duplicated records and need to fix them. You can check that
out in:

Go to koha-about/system information.

If that is the case, you will find there instructions on how to fix the
issue as well as the duplicated record numbers..
