[Koha] Debian Upgrade Error: 23.02.04-2 to 23.11.00-1

Do you have an instance 'koha_library'? Is the DB correctly created?
Try: `koha-mysql koha_library` then run "SHOW TABLES". Do you see
"creator_layouts"?
