[Koha] Koha 23.11 on Ubuntu 22.04: broken dependency

Hi, David!

Encouraged by your experience, I did as you (and the system itself, in 
fact) suggested to do (but I had not the nerve to do!).

I had to run the command twice, for some reason, but it seemed it worked, 
eventually!
