[Koha] Import offline circulation (.koc file): No branchcode argument passed

Hi, Igor.
It worked..
I was in doubt because the wiki page (
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_offline_circulation_file_format#Current_Actions)
shows an example with the field after the hour.
