[Koha] Fwd: update error

Hello .. I am facing this problem too ... the thing is that the system 
I'm working on was upgraded from Debian 8.0 to Debian 9.0 ... and it 
seems to have Mysql 5.5 and MariaDB 10.1 installed ... as far as I know 
REGEXP_REPLACE should be available in MariaDB 10.0 and newer...

Tkoha at lists.katipo.co.nzhis Koha instance has been installed via apt... 
is there any documentation about how to check which DBMS is Koha using 
and how to switch it?
