[Koha] Koha pluging for linking fields and RDA -76X-78X fields

Hi Mercedes,

For the relator codes in $4 there is a list in the MARC documentation
(https://www.loc.gov/marc/relators/). And there is also subfield $e for
relator term (https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bdx00.html).

But someone else might be able to explain better about cataloguing
practice. :)
