[Koha] Export a selection of latest arrival to html for email newsletter

Rather than using the Bywater Solutions patron emailer (a plugin) we decided to use the patron emailer added in 19.05 to fully automate two leavers emails where we chase leavers to return their books. (WE have been using mailmerges outside Koha for years, to do this). We have 6 colleges and wanted the email to come from the user's home library, and the patron emailer gave us that functionality, when we included the college email in the Koha Report that feeds the new Leavers Notices. Unfortunately the patron emailer does not (yet) support HTML and so we have had to remove the logo, and fully insert https links rather than using the href way. And I've still not found a way to add a line break / carriage return between the list of titles still on loan, without HTML, so the title list is a (pretty horrid) word-wrapped list where I have forced in ***** as a title delimiter. Better than nothing, I suppose, while I hunt to find a way to add line breaks...

I am looking for a way to generate html email of latest arrivals from Koha.

We want to send our members a newsletter with the latest arrivals. I am not finding anything about that after doing online search.

Ideally it would be some dedicated feature, considering html email is usually dumbed down to tables for broad compatibility. Also, being able to get a template and separate steps (select period of time to extract arrivals from, choose between text-only and html+image format, ability to exclude some of the results before generating the email-optimized html code) would be ideal.

Is it possible, via Koha or an additional plugin?
