[Koha] touch_all_biblios.pl oAuth Failure

Hi Christina,

it reads like a possible bug. Maybe two things you could check:

* Are those 2 plugins the only plugins that are active in your installation?
* Are you running touch_allbiblios.pl from the koha-shell?
