[Koha] koha 22.11 upgrading Error

Hi all,

it looks like this is the same issue that Pablo Bianchi. I have filed a
new bug report now linking it to bug 30483:

But I am not sure how to resolve it.

Could you check if you have any NULL entries in issues.borrowernumber?
