[Koha] Koha 21.11.10 version, New Patrons email notice sending problem.

Hi folks,

I think you should take a look @Bug 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=30214

This was introduced in version 21.11.05 and states that the syspref  
AutoEmailOpacUser should be activated in order to notices to be sent to 
new patrons.

Also, the template is called ACCTDETAILS.

Which version of Koha were you using before doing the update?
