Hi
Ubuntu release cycle is different from Debian somehow.
I advice you to look at LTS versions of Ubuntu.
Koha supports 18.04, 20.04 and will likely support 22.04.
Those versions are safe for many years, and it is easy to jump from a
LTS to another.
