[Koha] Install Koha on AlmaLinux 8

Hi Alessandro,
if you must use AlmaLinux you can start from here:

The real problem is to install dependencies.
I suggest you create a personal VM and do many tests and trials

The Docker solution is to install a full debian inside a docker
container and here install Koha.
If your SysOps don't want Debian probably they don't like a solution like
this.
In fact a docker container is very similar to a VM.
So AlmaLinux (a VM probably) with Docker runs a Docker container with
Debian.
A VM inside a VM in fact.
