[Koha] Initial difficulties installing Koha via packages per wiki instructions

you can confirm the package was installed ok using the following command...

  $ dpkg -s koha-common | grep Status
  Status: install ok installed

you can ignore the following line, its a common systemd warning...
  'Failed to enable unit: Unit /run/systemd/generator.late/koha-common.service is transient or generated.'
