[Koha] zebra utility after koha upgrade

hi George
you should not need to manually add any cronjob for indexing,

in newer koha versions (like 19.05) the indexing is handled automatically


you should see 2x 'daemon' jobs per koha instance.
  1 job for zebra searching, 1 job for zebra indexing
