Yes. There's a route that can be used to inject new patrons:
POST /api/v1/patrons
There's a catch: extended attributes. Those cannot be added on stable
versions, we introduced it now with 21.05. Both routes for dealing with
them, and the ability to pass the extended_attributes to that POST route I
mentioned above. A great addition that hints upgrading will be a good
improvement.
