[Koha] bogged down in a koha install

hiya,
looks like the koha-create command failed, or perhaps you forgot to run it?
try it again...
sudo koha-create --create-db libraryname
or remove, then create...
sudo koha-remove libraryname
sudo koha-create --create-db libraryname
then...
sudo koha-plack --enable library
