your koha.list file is correct, and does not need any changes

the following commands explicitly accept the 'stable' codename change from 20.11 to 21.05, and upgrade the package to the latest stable version

  sudo apt-get update --allow-releaseinfo-change
  sudo apt-get upgrade koha-common
