[Koha] Status of ElasticSearch - 2021 version

Hi,

Oh, hey, since I was mentioned: In Finland we run Koha exclusively with 
Elasticsearch in academic libraries. Public libraries are still using 
Zebra, but I'm under the impression that they will switch when they 
upgrade Koha to a recent version.

I believe the last big missing piece was Z39.50/SRU server, and that the 
introduction of the Z3950 Responder in Koha fulfilled that one. So 
unless I'm missing something, we are pretty near feature-parity. 
However, there are still some bugs, and some improvements such as 
background indexing are still in progress. Here are a couple of relevant
